Our Story
Built from Real Experience
Between us, we've led international teams, conducted hundreds of interviews, built employer brands at major corporations, and guided thousands of professionals through career transitions. We've been the hiring manager, the HR director, and the career coach.
We founded NEXT MOVE because we believed that career coaching in Poland and Central Europe deserved to be better — more personalised, more strategic, and more human. Not generic advice, but real expertise from people who know how the system works from the inside.
Today, we serve both individuals navigating career transitions and organisations supporting departing employees with dignity and professionalism.
Your Career Partners
Zofia Kociołek-Sztec
Trainer, career coach (in the process of ICF certification), and specialist in employer branding and personal branding with over 20 years of experience. She spent 10 years leading PR and employer branding at Rossmann — one of Poland's largest employers — and three years with DBM Polska (now LHH Polska), a leader in career transition programmes.
Elżbieta Styczyńska
Has led international teams in large corporations, conducted hundreds of recruitment processes, and managed organisational transformations. She has designed new organisational structures, led restructuring projects, and managed the human side of major corporate changes. She shares her expertise through MBA programmes and university lectures.
